How do refills work?
Slide the used insert out, slide a new one in. Refills start at $12, about 76 pages each. Most customers set them on a 3-month cadence and stop thinking about it. Skip, pause, change cadence, or cancel from your account anytime. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Binding failure, cover failure, and hardware like the grommets. If something structural breaks, we replace it for free immediately, no shipping fee.
