What’s inside each envelope
A hand-filled envelope every month: an original art print, an exclusive sticker sheet, journal prompts, and 2 to 3 seasonal extras that change each month. Every piece is designed and packed by hand by our in-house artist, so no two months are ever alike.
When it ships
Place your order before the 1st of the month to receive that month’s edition. Orders placed on or after the 1st start with the next month’s edition. For example, all orders placed in October receive November’s edition. Orders are sent out by the 15th of each month. Each one is mailed by hand, so allow a little extra transit time.
Billing
$19/month with free U.S. shipping. You’re charged today for your first envelope, then on the same day each month after that.

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account. Changes apply from your next charge, and anything you’ve already paid for still ships.
Refunds & Lost Mail
Still Archive Mail Club is sent via regular letter post (untracked shipping) each month. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of the send date, please reach out to our support email.
Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for mail that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missing apartment/unit numbers.
Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of Still Archive Mail Club, all sales are final.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for:
- Lost mail
- Delayed mail
- Change of mind
- Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
In some cases, lost or damaged mail may be replaced.
